How to link my PayPal with my Smart Connect

About 6 wks ago PayPal put my acct on hold thinking there was suspicious activity. Got that situated. When they reinstated my acct everything was blank. No SS#, no debit card #, no link to be able to pay my smart connect acct. I have contacted PayPal via messages 3 times, talked to 6 different people, each telling me they can't help. Giving me to someone else. I have talked to Synchrony bank, they say they cant help had to come from PayPal. Smart connect says PayPal has to do it, PayPal says smart connect has to do it. I've talked to 4 different people on the phone just today. Each saying someone else has to link the accts. Does anyone else have any ideas since PayPal doesn't know what the heck they're doing? Thanks

There are no current documentation on how to reconnect SC back to PayPal account through our account should they become unlinked. It has to be done through customer service if they are even able to. Keep calling until you can get someone that can help. You can apply for PayPal Credit instead and contact Synchrony bank to continue paying off your SC account.

You will have to continue to contact Synchrony about paying it if they are also managing the Smart Connect accounts.

 

Smart Connect is supposed to be found in the Wallet page.
