How can I revoke Microsoft access to my account?

I wanted to play a video CD on my laptop and the old app that I had didn't work anymore so I signed up for a free trial of another video playing app. Now I have cancelled the subscription because the app didn't work. I want to revoke Microsoft access to my PayPal account.

Go to Account Settings (gear icon) > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments

Select merchant on left, click Cancel on the right.
