Got error message when trying to reset password

I want to reset the password for my another account, entered my email but I got the message "Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please try again." Have tried on google chrome and mobile still get the same error message.
Tried to live chat with one customer service on Sunday, which he managed to verify my identity but the problem is I owning some subscription payment, I have to settle it before get back the account, which he gave me this debt department number - 0800 587 0463. I called and this is the wrong number. I really super headache right now, couldn't find a call for help, live chat seems is gone as well now due to covid19.
Please someone help, what can I do? My business got stuck here!
