Failed to add a card

I tried to confirm a credit card but only 3 digit code can been seen from the transaction record so it is failed. Then this card was removed from my 'Bank accounts and cards' and are not able to be used for my payment now. It said 'If you'd like to use this card as a funding source, please contact us for assistance.' I sent a message to your team during the time that messaging support is available but it still said that all agents are currently offline... So how should I contact your team to solve it?

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
