When listing an item on eBay I cannot compete listing because there’s an era saying, “email address cannot be used for PayPal at this moment.” I have no hold on either account (eBay/PP) nor do I have any messages or emails claiming a problem with my account. I did not change anything since my last listing. eBay says it’s a PayPal issue.
