Paypal's cs agents and review board don't seem to comprehend that our new business is a dba under our holding company, an llc. They are directing me to change the company name to the llc name that matches our corporate documents and our EIN. But we don't want our customers to get confused by initiating an order and discovering that their payment is going to a business with a different name. Benn trying to get into compliance with paypal for two months now with out success. Very frustrating. Anyone care to give us a recommendation?
Here's what you do. Change the name as PayPal says but in the business information settings in your account settings, you can use your short/full name of your DBA name, whatever name you want to appear on customer's payment method so your customers can recognize you.
