Can someone tell me how to actually get a live person at PayPal? I have tried to link a bank account for 2 weeks, get errors online, and every time I call - several times a day I only get a we can't help you by phone - go to the help center - HELP, I have thousands in my account that I need to transfer to my bank!
I have been trying on and off yesterday to link my bank account without success.And when I actually called pay pal customer service,I got "we are unable to help you" and was disconnected.
