My TD Bank and any card i attempt to use on ebay or paypal is being declined, paypals call center is closed, i'm selling items and receiving peoples money, but i can't even buy shipping labels because my card keeps getting declined. Ive contacted and sent many messages and they keep telling me to call but that number is closed due to covid. These people are going to be mad at me, and i'm getting fed up with the lack of support from paypal. I have nobody i can reach out to and the message center, the people are so rude.
