Hi my name is Stacey I recently decided to create a paypal account. The only problem Paypal stated my email was in use my initial thought was my identity was stolen. Then I use my email and clicked forgot password. It led me to a page that wanted a second confirm for a code and saw that my father Aldo(this is his account) was linked to my email. Please Help!!!!

Get him to add a different email and confirm it and then he should be able to remove yours to free up so you can use it.

Go and click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > click on the + and add another/new email address first > verify it > go back and click on update and tick the box underneath that says make primary > then you should get the remove option by the old now no longer primary email. You can remove that one and add it to your new account.
