Unable to connect banl account

I'm unable to connect my bank account (I've checked 1000 times the information I've entered. I called bank and everything is in perfect order, nut I still can't connect it.

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

I reside in Sweden and wanted to add link to SEB bank account I have.

 

I've checked with bank and they confirmed everything is OK with my account, and confirmed routing number I tried to enter.

 

Few months ago I moved from another country. but I changed the data accordingly on my profile (address and everything)

 

I linked the card successfully but wasn't able to link bank account and I can't withdraw my funds.

And I tried getting to chat with customer service - no success

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.
