unable to add secondary email

I can't able to add additional email to my PayPal business account, but it is showing that we can up to 8 emails address. I can't understand the problem. And I also trying all the methods which are showing in the internet. It is very important for me to add additional email address for the payment purpose.

Please help me in solving my issue soon.
