stuck money because of incorrect US nationaly by mistake

Hello,

I need a help.I have a problem with limited account,can not use my money.When i made a paypal account I typed US nationality by mistake,but i live in Serbia.My adress and other details in account are correct.Only nationality make problem.Now paypal require SSN code but i do not have it.Now my paypal is limited and i want to transwer my money or unlimit my account and resolve my issue.

Sadly its not only against paypal rules to use another countries paypal account but if you do so then it will never work properly for you.

Your only option is to contact your buyers to open disputes and get their money back and then pay to an account opened in the correct country.
