We need to be able to perform the verification process. You may want to try again. It would help if you check with your bank if they had issue the last time you tried. It's a deposit and will not affect your PayPal balance. PayPal will reverse the payment at a later date. You just need to use the verification code to confirm your account. With regards the 2 small deposits on how to confirm your bank https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-confirm-my-bank-account-faq3045?app=searchAutoC... that will take 3-5business days to show the small deposits on your bank you can check it to your online bank account or call your bank/check your bank statement, you need to have the code send from paypal so you can confirm your bank added to your paypal account.
