On Firefox, trying to set up a Paypal Cash account to take some commission payments, but even after going through everything, whenever I try to set up an account it says "We couldn't confirm your info" and tries to put it in a bank account (which i don't have). Please advise. Entered full legal name, birthdate, SSN, etc., everything it asked for
