I received a few donations after an online concert, but paypal has restricted my account afterwards. Then it asked for clarification about certain transactions in order to
remove the restriction. I clicked that there was no product sold (as that is the truth), and explained them what the situation is. That was about a week ago, and it still says
"submitted". It also asked for a receipt, but I said that there was no product sold.
- Is a receipt still necessary, or will they accept it that way and,
- is receipt necessary with donations?
