old email shows up on transactions but isnt in my profile

I have had two recent transactions where a very old email that no longer exists anywhere in my account(that I can see) still shows as my email address.

The email is an old hotmail address that doesnt even exist anymore. Any way to figure out why and where?

Also i have an old phone number that shows up on my profile when i click the "Show More" button, but when i hit Update to remove it, its not shown as a phone number that i can remove. 

Any input would be appreciated.

Ive seen this in 2yr old posts and still unresolved!

If it helps heres the lead up to mine...

I started with a primary email addresss of <removed>

Then left that company,

Had to add an email before deleting the old so added <removed>

Deleted <removed>

Bill comes to <removed> but in the receipt, it shows <removed>

Hope this helps paypal to resolve a glitch in system or expalin to us users how to resolve
