With ALL websites offering customer support, I get a confirmation email after I send the support request/ticket.
Not with Paypal.
I uploaded ID confirmation documents because I need to change my name in Paypal.. again, no confirmation email.
And no response from Paypal.
When creating the support ticket, it says I'll get a response within 24 hours. Why is the statement there if it's not true?

There are other contact options but as you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
Advice is voluntary.

So what other ways are there to get in touch with the support?
As mentioned, I don't have any response to my support ticket neither any response to the verification process to get my account fully functioning again.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
