my account is not verified according to a page i´m trying to log in

Hello, i hope you all are doing great. I have a doubt, I am trying to log in a page called humanatic and it says it can not be possible because my account is not verified, as long as I know if I did register using my credit card in paypal my account is suppossed to be  verified, is anyone else with the same situation who can help me out?

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to complete link your PayPal account with a third party site. It's possible that the site is returning that messaging because they've attempted to create a billing agreement and it failed due to a decline. I would suggest clearing cookies and cache in your browser, waiting at least a day, and attempting it again. if the problem persists, please feel free to reach out to customer service for some troubleshooting to determine if there was a decline. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us, then log in or call as a guest.
