log-in problem with PSD2

I am being asked for further details to enable PSD2. I do not use a mobile phone but the system does not allow forward with a land line. So basically I cannot access PayPal at the moment.

Can't you get a cheap PAYG phone to use just for paypal and other companies that require a mobile phone number?
