I cannot verify identity.
the page keeps saying "Confirmation attempt failed" and also says "Try again if you're having problems with the confirmation process."
If the page does not load, how am i supposed to confirm my identity?
Can anyone help me out with this issue?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
