PayPal holding my unemployment

I switched my unemployment from a prepaid Indiana unemployment card to a PayPal for direct deposit. PayPal received the funds and asked for documents verifying my identity. I sent them as requested. Each time they would knit pic and requested additional documents. After the 4th attempt they stopped communicating with me and my money is still in limbo. Has anyone else had this problem?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Yes I'm going through the same exact thing right now. They have everything I have and my survival literally depends on the money in my account. And I'm continues ignored
