i have an issue while verifying my account, i sent paypal message in resolution center but didn't receive any reply till now (more than 24 hours).

As you haven't said what the 'issue' is then sadly we can't advise so your best bet is to allow a few weeks for customer services to get back to you.

i received a reply that my message was received, but no more, no solution to my issue, and no required message from me :(.

it is about verification to delete limitations.
