I am typing this as I wait on the phone for a customer service rep. I've been waiting 25 min. listening to the same recording. Never have I had worse customer service.

Your best bet is to stick it on loudspeaker for a few hours and get on with something else until they pick up.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
