Situation: Full dollar amount of VISA/MC gift card is put into PayPal account. Online purchase made using PayPal, however, not all funds of the VISA/MC gift card are used. Question: Why is the remaining amount on the VISA/MC gift card not in PayPal account? (The remaining amount is still on the card itself when the balance is checked with the gift card balance checker. Just not in PayPal account). Why is this?
You will not really see how much is on the card or bank accounts from your PayPal account. PayPal has no access to these information for your security.
