Verifying Account & Limitations

I am beyond frustrated with PayPal and their support.

 

I created a business account over a month ago to make payments. I have put through and submitted all documents to verify my account. All the checks in the identify dashboard are checked and keeps saying it will take a few days and I will hear from someone. 2 weeks, multiple support tickets, still not response and still can not use my account to full capabilities.

 

I have been limited on spend because of it as well and again trying to make payments through the business but the support we have been getting is absolutely horrible.

 

Can someone actually support me in this situation so I don't have to spend a full year setting it up.
