Hello, in order to verify my account I need to provide documents that are NOT older than 12 months, but I am afraid I do not have such document, only my ID or Driving License that are older than 12 months. How should I proceed the verification then?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
