I am finally able to get my phone working but now every time I click to verify I am prompted with this screen (see attached below) before I am able to do anything.
Backstory: I was trying to expedite this process (As you're a new seller with PayPal, money you receive from your buyers will be placed in your pending balance and will be temporarily unavailable. This money will be moved into your available balance within 21 days.) I was asked to verify my phone number and at the time my service was down so the codes were delayed. I got one eventually but when I came back to this process I was sent straight to the 'verification failed' page instead. Now my phone is working but I am not able to confirm my identity. Any help in this matter is so greatly appreciated.
