Hello Everyone,
So I have previously signed up for a service website that takes a deposit fee with every project. In one project there was something wrong with the fee. Now that I am trying to withdraw money from this site to Paypal, they tell me to "verify my account" to be able to refund. I don't know what more to do.
Please note that I have my 2-step verification and security questions set, I have been using it since 2017, I do have recent transactions (I read somewhere that this may be an issue), I am based in the UAE. Please let me know of any ways I can try to reach this "verification" status.
