VERIFYING MY PHONE NUMBER

PLEASE HELP ME!!! I was trying to send a payment however, my phone number needs to be verified first but my phone number got lost and couldn't find it anymore. So what I did was I tried to delete my lost phone number I used as a primary number on my account and replaced it with my new number. Then, when I was trying to send a payment, there's an error that popped up that they can't verify that it was me. WHAT SHOULD I DO???? PLEASE HELP
