I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to submit the documents for upload. Do the documents meet the requirements listed? I believe there's a file size limit and that the documents have to be an image file that's one of a few specific file types. If those criteria are not met, the items won't be able to be submitted. If they do meet the listed criteria and are still not able to be uploaded, please contact customer service for further troubleshooting.
