Got notification I have a message. When I click on 'view message' I get nothing. I also cannot see the messages I sent requesting help and I have had no response to my message query and its now a month since I wrote to them. Overall PayPal seems to have changed since I opted for the Automatic login function! I'm now wondering if I have been hacked!
Is anyone else having problems viewing their messages? I also am unable to send PayPal an email directly. I have used both facilities before without any problems. Since opting for automatic log-in, I appear to be having problems using PayPal. This is worrying if I have a problem that needs to be resolved within a specific timeframe. If anyone else has had issues, please let me know how you resolved them. Thank you!
