Been trying for a month; a message shows saying “there’s a problem, can’t close account”. Regular path trough “settings” takes to inexistent phone service. The Attorney General’s Office here in Massachusetts says I have the right to close my account, asked me to fill a complaint. Anybody been in the same conundrum?
