I have been asking for PayPal to close mu account for a month already. PayPal keeps sending me the same message again and again, telling me to go to “settings” to close my account. Reason it doesn’t work; the link takes you to a phone number which never answer any requests! At some point someone will say; “we’re unable to answer the phone”. The Massachusetts Attorney General office tells me I have the right to close my account and wants me to fill a complaint. Any ideas out there? Been trying for a month; a message shows saying “there’s a problem, can’t close account”. Regular path trough “settings” takes to inexistent phone service. Guys I need help with closing my account, maybe this is a common problem: every time you click “close account” I’m referred to a bogus phone service which never allows you to speak to anybody and don’t give a path for closing my account! Worse: believe or not , in answering my request to close the account, Paypal had the gal to bring me to the same dead alley four (4) times in a row!🙈😱Anybody knows what should I do?
