I have been asking for PayPal to close mu account for a month already. PayPal keeps sending me the same message again and again, telling me to go to “settings” to close my account. Reason it doesn’t work; the link takes you to a phone number which never answer any requests! At some point someone will say; “we’re unable to answer the phone”. The Massachusetts Attorney General office tells me I have the right to close my account and wants me to fill a complaint. Any ideas out there? Been trying for a month; a message shows saying “there’s a problem, can’t close account”. Regular path trough “settings” takes to inexistent phone service. The Attorney General’s Office here in Massachusetts says I have the right to close my account, asked me to fill a complaint. Anybody been in the same conundrum? ... View more

**bleep** you and the stupid and offensive nin non sense message you sent already TWICE! If you give the only option to close the account as to call your inexistent costumer service phone number and then you never answer the phone it means your costumer’s **bleep**ed and its been FORCED to keep your ridiculous service open. Not even porn sites would trap their costumers in such a scam. I already spoke to a Boston Police detective regarding the matter and he gave me the RIGHT oath to follow to close my account. **bleep** y ... View more

Guys I need help with closing my account, maybe this is a common problem: every time you click “close account” I’m referred to a bogus phone service which never allows you to speak to anybody and don’t give a path for closing my account! Worse: believe or not , in answering my request to close the account, Paypal had the gal to bring me to the same dead alley four (4) times in a row!🙈😱Anybody knows what should I do?
