I haven’t been able to access the wallet section for two weeks now. I need to change the addresses on my cards and I cannot find a workaround as I am always directed to the wallet section to do that. I keep getting an internal error or “something is wrong on our side” prompts. I have no other way to contact support apart from spending too much time on hold on an overseas phone call. Any help will be appreciated.

Try clearing history / cache / trying another browser / trying another device / trying via the app?

Hi. Thanks for the reply. I have already tried on separate devices (IOS and Windows) using different browsers, and still having the same issue.
