I have been trying for over 6 months to resolve a problem with Paypal related to a notification that I need to provide another document to prove my ID but there is no way to upload it and despite the rare answer from customer "service" it still has not been fixed. Resolution Center does NOT provide option to upload a proof of address. BC of this my account is not functional and so I tried to close it just now. It will not close. The message directs me to Contact them but the options to send a message are not specific to my issue. Please help. I am done with them.
