So annoying. Trying to close account with a 1 cent balance. The bank account associated with it has been closed. How do I get rid of this one cent and close the account?
Can you just send it using the friends / family option to someone?
If not because there is a minimum amount you can send then ask someone to send you $10 via friends/family funding it from their bank account so no fee and then you can send them back the whole amount.
