I was the treasurer of a professional organization until last month. I managed the reception of members' annual dues through PayPal. Now that the organization has a new treasurer, I want to transfer ownership of the PayPal account to him. How do I do that? I want to do this rather than just send him the account balance because membership information is collected through persons' sending us the membership dues through PayPal.
