I did a transaction on the 17th to my bank account, it showed completed meaning the money from my PayPal account has successfully entered the bank. Early this morning, i received an email from PayPal saying my transaction didn't go through and they have unlinked my bank account from paypal. I have neither the money on my bank account nor PayPal account. I'm confused USA PayPal and USA bank account
