The umpteenth ”problem with the account” question

Hello!

 

So, I can log in to my account just fine but can’t transfer or use any of my money because there is a ”problem” with the account. More specifically something to do with confirming my bank account (which I’ve done) or credit card (which I’ve also done). It has said ”processing confirmation” for months now in the bank/credit card section of my profile.

 

Any idea how to understand what SPECIFICALLY is the problem with the confirmation process?

 

Goes without saying, this is extremely frustrating. Especially so since Paypal has been a great service thus far. The problems are due to changed EU regulation, yes, but it’s not unreasonable to think Paypal would be on top of it already.
