This is a new EU directive regulating payment services in the European Economic Area. The directive requires new measures that impact how you access your account and pay with PayPal."

 

This didnt work I do not get the text message on my mobile number. I think problem is in your sistem because you didnt send with country code the sms .

I cant log in in my account and cant manage my profile so you just banned me from paypal.

What can i do to get back control of my account ?

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

I have my adress witch is in Austria how much have to guess to have a correct countri number ?

By the telephone number does not state that the national number must also be entered.

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts (mostly) / cards from within that country.

Yes but didnt help. I have the telefon nummer 8-9 years and now suddenly have to prove with it my identity . Help center due to covid not work , cant login in my account, cant delete it without login to make new one with telefon number State-Coutry number. That is very profesional .

I'm unable to login or change my password for days now and there's no email to contact PayPal support to resolve the issue as am unable to get access to the account. Any help will be appreciated greatly.

Try:

1. Downloading the app to see if it will let you in to change / update it in the settings.

2. Use the forgotten password option.

3. Trying another browser that may let you in without phone verification (then change it when you have logged in).

4. Trying again another day when sometimes you can get in without doing the verification and then change the number.

5. Changing the password a few times sometimes works as it can bypass the phone verification.

If that does not work then you would need to contact customer services so that they can i.d. you another way and then add your new phone number to your account.

Contact options for Paypal at the moment are...

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. (use the guest option if you can't log in).
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or
