Switching from "Business Account" to "Personal Account" issue.

Hello! I've noticed many other people had issues with this too.

I want to contact Paypal in regards to downgrading my account from Business to Personal, yet Paypal for an odd reason removed the option in the Contact Center regards downgrades, and there is no proper option to choose to contact Paypal about switching to a personal account.

 

What do I do? Which option do I choose?

I've tried almost everything but Paypal won't let me contact support if I don't choose the issue I am facing... and "Downgrading" is not an option there anymore.

Should I try and wait till the whole Covid pandemic is over? Maybe that's what it's not there?

 There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
OR
You could just close your business account (removing all subscriptions / financial info etc first) and open a personal one.
