Someone keeps asking for money

Months ago, I donated to a person "in need"... No big deal, like $20...Now, 8 months later, he keeps blowing up my PayPal, requesting more $$... I have been deleting the requests, but he keeps sending them.. How do I block him?

Click Send and Request, click Contacts in the sub menu, click the profile in question, then click block this contact.
