Hello, somebody used my email to create an account and now is receiving money, about $5 every now and then. I’ve contacted customer service last year and they said because I have no information regarding this account except the email, they can’t close it. Is there anything else I can do??
Wait I didn’t understand what you meant. Maybe you didn’t fully understand me. Basically I don’t use PayPal. I made this account because somebody keeps using another account that was registered with my email. How do I shut that account down? I have no access to the other account.
