Hopefully someone can help. I am trying to set up our small charity on paypal, I have successfully created an account but am having trouble verifying the charity statues, whenever I enter the business information I get an error message saying 'something went wrong' and a warning message stating 'Some of this info couldn't be verified. Check the info and resubmit for verification.' I have checked and rechecked and tried different permutations. Does anyone have any help or advice?
