HERE WE GO AGAIN!
Can someone from this company help me out finally? I am trying to send money to my customers now and I am getting a technical warning. This is absolutely pathetic and never see such lack of respect for someone and their business. I have been patient for over a month now and now I am going to put in a community message twice a day until I get a response from someone to actually help out.
I am going to be submitting a ticket through the help desk twice a day until this is resolved.
PayPal - get your **bleep** together already!!!!!!!!!!!

Submitting multiple tickets won't help you but will delay others getting any help.
Also will help to clog up the system and make things worse for customers and customer services alike.
Customer services are working with reduced staff in difficult circumstances in unprecedented times so I'm sure the patience you are showing is appreciated.

I understand limit staff and everything going on, but it has been a month since I first reached out for help.
This is the first time I have received any sort of reply from anyone. I have been trying to make payments for weeks now.
It is costing me a lot of money and more importantly time in the wait so if this is what it takes then that is how it will need to be. Patience starts running thing usually after week 2 of a 4 week support journey.

If its a techie issue then have you tried another browser or device etc?
Are you sure its a paypal techie issue only others don't seem to have problems sending money in Canada?
