What do I do ? I can’t get into my old accounts and I can’t remeber which one I linked my IBAN so I can’t connect it to my new one ? Can anyone help me ?

Accounts? How many do you have?

You are only allowed a max of 2 paypal accounts and only then if 1 is personal and the other 1 is business.
