Resetting Password

Hello my friend can't reset her PayPal password because it asks to verify via an old number than she no longer has access to. Is there a way where she can just verify with her email is she locked out of her account for good?

I'm sorry to hear that your friend can't complete password recovery or change a password using the option on the website. Please ask your friend to contact PayPal customer service by phone for assistance. She can click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then click Call us. Then she can click call as a guest for the number to call.
