I was charged for P100 last October 12 to get a code to verify my bank card, and the code wasn't appearing so I tried again for the second time yesterday, October 19, but I was charged for another P100. I called the card issuer and they told me there are only two codes available and when I tried it, it's incorrect. Will I get a refund for the P200 charged from me? And when will I receive it? I'm worried that maybe because of entering the "incorrect code", I wouldn't have a full refund. Thanks for answering in advance. PayPal customer service is not responding.

Once you successfully verified the card, PayPal will refund all the charges within 24 hours but the card can take up to 30 days to credit your account. If you did not receive a refund for both temporary charges, message PayPal to manually issue the refund of the remaining temporary charge or contact your card issuer.
To message PayPal, Click "Help" at the top menu and click "Message Center".
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
