Good morning PayPal Community, I am new to all of this and had a question about a recent transaction. I sold an item on Ebay and the shipping label fee was deducted from the amount I received from the purchaser. When I checked my credit card statement this morning, I was charged again for the same shipping fee. I am very confused by this. Is anyone able to explain this to me and is it correct?

Are you sure you aren't mixing up your paypal fee with the shipping fee?

Why would the shipping label charge and the PayPal fee be the same amount? I am really confused about this. I had a buyer pay me $13.00 and the shipping label amount of $3.56 was deducted from that amount. I saw the next morning that the same $3.56 had been charged to my credit card. I don't understand this at all and I am frustrated that there is no one I can find to speak to about this.
