I live in both Turkey and Cyprus as a student, ı have a online website sell membership internationally, so ı have no company adress etc, and paypal is prohibited in Turkey, how can ı get payments via paypal? I will spend it from paypal, I wont add credit card, bank account etc. Can I do this without address and I have to open it as Cyprus account as it is prohibitedn ın Turkey, but I am Turkısh cıtızen, can I do this? will paypal verify me? Thanks!
